Bells (40%) - The unique flavour of Bell's Blended Scotch Whisky comes from some of the finest malt whiskies in Scotland - from the fresh, sweet malts of Speyside to the smoky sea salt of the Islands - all matured in selected oak casks for a richer flavour.
Famous Grouse (40%) - The blend is crafted from the finest malt whiskies, such as Macallan and Highland Park, married with exceptional grain whiskies for the smoothest possible taste.
Jack Daniels Black Label (40%) - It is very similar to bourbon with the additional step of dripping the
freshly made spirit through a vat of sugar maple charcoal to "mellow"
the whiskey before going into barrel. The result is a smooth, versatile
whiskey that is true to its co untry roots.
Jamesons (40%) - Jameson Irish Whiskey is triple distilled to deliver twice the smoothness. balancing the sweet, nutty flavour from Sherry casks with the toasted wood and vanilla notes from Bourbon casks.
Whyte & Mackay (40%) - Full and round with a silky spectrum of soft nuances which are displayed immediately.
Johnnie Walker Red (40%) - With its distinctive and exuberant flavors, it was created to be drank as a long drink - a favorite choice for every day celebrations. It was originally known as Extra Special Old Highland Whisky and was introduced as Red Label in 1909 to suit a new generation of whisky drinkers.
William Grant (40%) - The palate is of medium-body and well-balanced. The cask notes are subtle but present, there are some gentle vegetal notes with a hoppy note, there are fudge notes with barley. The finish is of good length with floral honey notes.
Jim Bean Black Label (43%) - Aged around six years to produce a delicate, ultra-smooth, slow-sipping bourbon perfect for cold evenings.
Jim Bean White Label (40%) - Aged twice as long as needed. Opens sweet, with light caramel and vanilla flavours and, a slight woody character.
Canadian Club (40%) - Canadian Club is the only Canadian whiskey that is 'barrel-blended' prior to aging in white oak barrels to allow the flavours to marry. Aged six years. Canadian Club is a true, quality Canadian whisky that has not changed with time. It has a smooth satisfying taste that will never go out of style.
J&B Rare Scotch (40%) - Made up of 42 different whiskies.They are carefully blended together to create a subtle, smooth and complex flavour.
Glenfiddich 12year (40%) - The pioneer of the single malt Scotch whisky category, is renowned for its beautifully balanced nose and refreshingly complex flavour.
Chivas Regal 12year (40%) - Distinguished by its light, lingering aroma, full, smooth palate and balanced flavour with a hint of smoke, Chivas Regal is a Scotch of subtle and complex character.
Singleton of Dufftown (40%) - This smooth, mellow dram is designed to attract new drinkers to the malt category. Deep and gold, with polished mahogany highlights in appearance with a smooth medium body flavour. The finish is elegantly drying and crisp; then a sweetly nutty delayed warmth, which lingers pleasantly.
Aberlour 10year (40%) - The dry, fresh, fruity aromas of early autumn apples and pears are subtly enhanced with sweet notes of vanilla and mint toffee. On the palate it is exceptionally smooth and creamy, with spicy-sweet nutmeg and honey combining with the freshness of autumn fruits.
Dewars 12year (40%) - This 12-year-old gold medal-winning blend is married in oak casks for balance and smoothness and is released in only limited quantities.Savour the fruity notes of this rich amber whisky as the sweet, well-rounded flavour lingers on the tongue.
Knockando 12year (43%) - Light pre-dinner malt with sweet, creamy fruit flavours.
Woodford Reserve (43.2%) - Full-bodied taste. A waft of gentle woody tones greets you as you savour its chocolate and honeycomb aroma. On the palate there’s a myriad of flavours, from subtle spices to nuttiness – even maize – while the finish is long, floral and dry.
Makers Mark (45%) - The only bourbon distillery to use pure, iron-free limestone spring water exclusively, not city, well or river water.
Wild Turkey 8year (50.5%) - Has an exceptionally soft, but rich aroma for a high proof bourbon, Its taste is powerful and rich with caramel, vanilla and notes of honey and brown sugar. The finish is very long, rich and full-bodied, powerful, yet soothing.
Bushmills Black Bush (40%) - A rich, dark, Irish blend, Has a nose of baked apples and spicy malt. It taste has a pleasingly mature character to it. It's palate is big bodied, slightly oily, with nutmeg and red wine. Sophisticated and assured. Its finish is notably long, drying with dark syrup and liquorice notes.
Bushmills Malt 10year (40%) - The benchmark Irish single malt, this has a far greater depth of flavour than standard Irish blends. A great, smooth Irish with hints of vanilla and almond.
Talisker (45.8%) - Famously distinctive Island malt from the western Scottish island of Skye. The volcanic rock of Skye contributes to the pungent aroma; peppery flavour; and big finish. Unusual still design may add a further dimension.
Craggenmore 12year (40%) - A complex of sweet floral fragrances, riverside herbs and flowers with some honey and vanilla. A firm, rounded, light to medium body with a strong malty taste with hints of sweet wood smoke and sandalwood. It has a long malt-driven finish with light smoke and hints of sweetness.
Macallan 10year (40%) - For a relatively young single Speyside this dram is incredibly smooth, delicate and pleasing, a result only achievable through employing the very best raw materials and the highest production standards.
Johnnie Walker Black (40%) - Became simply “Black Label” in 1909. It is regarded by experts as the ultimate Scotch deluxe whisky, the benchmark by which all others are measured.
Bowmore 12year (40%) - Has a place in many hearts as Islay's 'medium-peated' malt. A pronounced iodine character with plenty of pepper, yet the malt is balanced and smooth as well as smoky.
Macllan 21year Fine Oak (43%) - Matured in a mixture of American Oak and sherry casks, hence the 'Fine Oak' title and 21 years old. It's nose is intense and rich, with a hint of vanilla and passion fruit. It is soft, rich and spicy on the palate with a hint of oranges and peat. Its finish is lingering, with a hint of wood smoke.
Glenmorangie Original (40%) - It's colour is bright with a hint of pale blue, it's aroma is light, delicate and floral with a subtle smokiness for a well balanced, fresh and aromatic flavour.
Auchentoshan 12year (40%) - Smooth, fresh and nutty with a golden honey appearance. It has a crème brulee smell with a burst of citrus and the signature nuttiness and green leafiness of Auchentoshan. To taste the palate is smooth and sweet with hints of tangerine and lime. To finish, it is a gingery and slightly drying with a pleasant lingering nuttiness.
Bunnahabhain 12year (46.3%) - A very lightly-peated malt that serves as perhaps the mildest introduction to the Islay style. Floral and fruity tones dominate with the peat influence in the background.
Bruichladdich 12year Malt (46%) - Nose: gentle peat, quite coastal, light and fruity. Palate: Slight burn, despite the low strength. Malty and salty, rather astringent. Finish: Oak, tannic, quite sappy.
Laphroaig 10year (40%) - A full-bodied, smoky gem, with a residual sweetness and a hint of salt amidst the seaweedy, peaty characters before a long warming finish. A classic dram.
Old Pulteney 12year (40%) - A very popular highland dram, with a big sherry presence alongside sweet citrus fruit notes and a faintly detectable whiff of brine. Picked up the top prize in its category at the World Whisky Awards 2010.
Jack Daniels Gentleman Jack (40%) - Well worth the extra, Gentleman Jack is charcoal-mellowed twice, before and after the ageing process, resulting in a cleaner, more refined end product.
Knob Creek (50%) - Truly bourbon at its finest. It is aged nine years in charred American white oak which lends this bourbon its maple sugar aroma, distinctive sweetness and rich, full-bodied flavour, giving it the distinction of being aged the longest of the small-batch bourbons.
Penderyn Whiskey (46%) - A single malt whisky that is smooth, light in character and softly golden in colour. This fine whisky captures THE TRUE SPIRIT OF WALES.
Isle of Jura (40%) - Nose: enormously fruity at first; a salad of under and overripe banana, raisin and apple. Palate: much more upfront, fresher malt than on the nose with a light oakiness. Finish: more oak and softer vanilla with a lingering maltiness
Glenkinchie (43%) - Extra-matured for 10 years in brandy casks to give greater depth and soft roundness. It has an immediate nose, lightly fruity with a dry spiciness, a pleasant mouthfeel on the palate and a liquorice and brandy cask wood finish.
Glenfiddich 15year (40%) - A 15 year old matured in American bourbon, Portuguese sherry and virgin oak. The whisky was then married in a Solera vat. This is a great staple 15 year old from the Glenfiddich distillery.
Isle of Jura Superstition (43%) - Two styles of spirit from Jura distillery are combined to produce this beautifully balanced single malt. Heavily peated younger malt and older Jura making a great alternative for Islay fans.
Caol Ila 12year (43%) - Sweet, smoky and lip-smackingly good! Drinks well at natural strength; sweet start; pleasant, light fragrant smokiness and a lengthy finish.
Dalmor 12year (40%) - A very complex malt, with wonderfully combined flavours.Said to be married in sherry butts. In this instance, marriage certainly works.
Glenfiddich 21year (40%) - Uniquely finished for up to four months in barrels that once contained rum from the Caribbean to create a luxuriously rich and indulgent single malt
Balvenie Signiture 12year (40%) - This is a marriage of Sherry, Bourbon and Refill casks and, as always with Balvenie, it's a polished, mellow whisky to relax with.
Johnnie Walker Blue (40%) - Johnnie Walker's most prestigious whisky. Probably THE most famous super-premium blend, made up of the finest old-aged malt and grain whiskies. The Cristal of the blended whisky world.
Lagavulin 16year (43%) - Massive, peat-smoke typical of southern Islay, yet with a dry finesse that makes up a classy package.
Balvenie Double Wood 12year (40%) - Nose: Sweet fruit and Oloroso sherry notes, layered with honey and vanilla. Taste: Smooth and mellow with beautifully combined flavours; nutty sweetness, cinnamon spiciness and a delicately proportioned layer of sherry. Finish: Long and warming.
Sazerac Straight Rye (45%) - Nose: Complex and vibrant, with a grassy-herbal edge cutting through the vanilla. An attractive spiciness too. Palate: Toffee, coffee grounds and a butteriness. There's a lemony lift too, and a tingly spice in the finish...a cracking whiskey.
Dalwhinnie (43%) - The flavours are simple, but flawless, a clean, crisp 15 year old from the Dalwhinnie distillery.
Oban 14year (43%) - Full-blooded fruity malt with a whiff of heather and more than a hint of smoke.
Glenlivet 18year (43%) - A malt whisky of unmistakable honey-rich maturity and depth.
Suntory Yamazaki 12year 43% - A pioneering malt in Japan, for which Suntory deserve great credit. In its early days, it was rounded and delicate...now it is more intense, confident and elegant.
Ardbeg 10year (46%) - For peat-lovers, Ardbeg 10yo is probably the highest-quality 'entry-level' single malt on the market, and the distillery many Islay connoisseurs would choose as their favourite. A whirlwind of peat and complex malty flavours, this is an exuberant, in-your-face whisky to be cherished.
Glenfiddich 18year (40%) - An elegant nose, faintly sweet, scented with apple and wood. This is a robust and full-bodied single malt whisky, yet remains remarkably soft, rounded and long lasting.
